We offer a 30-day return window for all unworn items in their original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale unless they arrive damaged.

Yes, all Sami Jewels items come with a 6-month warranty covering manufacturing defects. This does not cover normal wear and tear or accidental breakage.
