At Sami Jewels, we want you to be completely enamored with your new pieces. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer convenient returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery for all unworn jewelry.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the jewelry in its original velvet pouch and designer box to ensure it is protected during transit; please include all authentication certificates.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
